Promotion Period

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to individuals who:

Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
Reside in Australia
Are able to redeem the prize within the Promoter’s service area
Are available to attend the masterclass in JUNE 2026, subject to booking availability
Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the administration of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

To enter the giveaway, entrants must during the promotion period:

Tag 2 friends in the comments on the pinned Giveaway Reel
For a bonus entry, entrants may also share the pinned Giveaway Reel to their Instagram story and tag Marino & The Dough.
If an entrant has a private Instagram account, they must send a screenshot of their story share by direct message to Marino & The Dough for the bonus entry to be counted.
Only entries completed through Instagram as outlined above will be accepted.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The prize must be redeemed in JUNE 2026, on a date agreed between the winner and the Promoter.
Prize Conditions

The prize is subject to the following conditions:
The class must be held at a suitable location approved by the Promoter
The location must fall within the Promoter’s service area, or additional travel fees may apply if agreed in writing
The prize covers the standard masterclass inclusions only
Any extra guests, add ons, venue hire, beverages, or additional services not expressly included in the prize will be at the winner’s expense
Booking is subject to the Promoter’s availability
If the winner is unable to redeem the prize in JUNE 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
The draw will take place on (BLANK).
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message on or after (BLANK).
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner, their first name and Instagram handle may be shared publicly for winner announcement purposes.
Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions
Acts in a way that is unlawful, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of the giveaway

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or amend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if required.
