Why pricing varies
Group experiences are priced per person because the experience is shared across more guests.
Every booking receives the same care, ingredients, and expertise. Smaller sessions are simply more focused by design.
Smaller bookings are priced differently because they involve:
-
This is a one booking, one group experience. Luke isn’t running multiple sessions side by side or rotating between tables. The entire class is delivered just for you, in your space, with the pace and flow built around your group. That level of privacy means the session is structured end to end around your kitchen setup, your timing, and the kind of night you want.
-
Smaller groups naturally get more hands-on coaching per person. Luke can watch technique closely, correct small details (hydration feel, shaping pressure, stretching control), and step in at the exact moment it matters. There’s also more time for questions, troubleshooting, and individual feedback, so everyone leaves confident they can repeat it at home without guesswork.
-
With fewer guests, more of the work happens before Luke even arrives. Prep is customised to your group and your kitchen: dough timing, tools on hand, bench space, oven type, and how much you want to focus on fundamentals versus fine-tuning. On the day, guidance can be adapted in real time, whether you want a slower, step-by-step build or to explore specific techniques and toppings in more detail.
To host a private masterclass, you’ll need:
Space for 6–10 people around a table
A large table or tables pushed together
Access to water and a sink
A sheltered, outdoor-friendly setup
A private home or bookable venue
